Halil R. Dolan
Born in Stuttgart and raised both in Germany and Turkey, Halil received his M-Arch in 1999 from the Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart. He attended the Ecole d’Architecture de Paris La-Defense and worked for renowned offices including Architecture-Studio, Tobias Wulf Architekten and Auer-Weber Architekten. In 1999, Halil came to the US as a Fulbright Scholar, participating in the Masters Program at Virginia Tech and graduated in 2001. Halil is registered as an Architect in Germany since 2004.
Halil joined MRY in 2001 and has been a core design team member of award-winning projects such as the Grangegroman Masterplan in Dublin, the Chun Sen Bi An Masterplan in Chongqing and the first US LEED™ certified Parking Structure in the Civic Center of Santa Monica. Halil has been involved in large-scale civic, institutional, residential and mixed-use projects in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau, Chengdu, Dalian, Taipei, Dublin and in the US.
