MRY and Arts Group Jointly Won Baisha Island Eco Towns Urban Design Competition

Moore Ruble Yudell and Arts Group are honored to have won first place in the international urban design scheme gathering for the Liaoning Province Shenfu New Area Baisha Island Eco Towns. With a total site area of 25.7 sq km of new urban planning, including 11.2 sq km core area and 14.5 sq km business district in the surrounding area, our goal is to create a vibrant and responsible development that centers the experience of the people on the natural landscape and water ways. The urban design also features a new model in low density, human scale, and a more integral relationship to the city through its changing seasons.
