US Bank Building, 72nd Floor Offices
Moore Ruble Yudell was requested to make color and material changes, as well as furniture and artwork selections for the top floor of the US Bank Building, the tallest building west of the Mississippi, for a digital technology company. This project was an existing 6000 SF space with a decidedly corporate and classical interior design. The client requested modern furnishings with abstract artwork throughout the space with special emphasis on his office. Given the lofty location, the image of the cosmos inspired a design based on a mid century viewpoint of space travel ala <em>2001: A Space Odyssey, thus becoming the inspiration for our the design, as seen in the colorful abstracted maps of moons and planets, and mid-century inspired furnishings in the final space.
