On Friday, October 30th, Moore Ruble Yudell attended the official Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Tepper Quad Project. This groundbreaking ceremony marks the official launch of the 4.5-acre site as an unprecedented expansion and new “center” for the Carnegie Mellon campus. This major project will interconnect the Tepper School of Business with significant new spaces for the University in a transformative model of community, research, and innovation.

Dublin Institute of Technology receives The President's Special Award by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), England. The award recognizes long term outstanding achievement in planning and is made to a planning organization, team, office, or individual to recognize their contribution to planning achievement. First awarded in 2000, the Award is not necessarily given every year. The last award was given to The Olympic Delivery Authority and The London Legacy Development Corporation

Principal James Mary O'Connor, AIA presents at the German Museum of Architecture in Frankfurt, Germany. He will give a lecture entitled “Architecture that Connects to Sustainable Regional Development,”  part of a series called “urban planning talks” which deals with the planning and design questions resulting from the urban development in the FrankfurtRheinMain region. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at 7:00 PM and is organized by Professor Julian Weckel from the University of Technology in Darmstadt.
