Our Courthouse in Fresno ranks #7 as one of the 30 Most Architecturally Impressive Courthouses

Our Robert E. Coyle United States Courthouse in Fresno ranks #7 as one of the 30 Most Architecturally Impressive Courthouses in the U.S. The Courthouse is Fresno’s tallest building. The nine story structure is composed of pre-cast concrete in a Brutalist style that references the surrounding Sierra Nevada Mountains through its use of shapely sculpted elements. Covering 400,000 square feet, the courthouse also features a public garden that can be viewed from the lobby. The project has garnered multiple awards since opening in 2005 including the 2007 GSA Design Excellence Honor Award and a 2006 Chicago Athenaeum American Architecture Award.
